Eat Prunes and Be Happy



Wanna be happy or simply boost up your mood for the day?

Eat prunes!

A study conducted at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, found out that prunes has antioxidants that stimulate human brain. Prunes also rich in fiber and iron.

Chop them up and sprinkle them over your cereal or oatmeal for healthy breakfast. You can eat them as snacks too.
