Avoid These Worst Diet Habits

Bad habit #1: Skipping meals
How to solve: Eat breakfast to get you going throughout the busy morning. If you’re too darn busy in the office, bring along microwaveable healthy meals, low-fat cottage cheese and fruit, or a high-fiber nutrition bar.

Bad habit #2: Eating out most of the time
How to solve: Don’t know how to cook? Then you better learn how to order healthy meals. Order a salad, then a lean protein entrée, such as fish or chicken.

Bad habit #3: Eating when you’re not hungry
How to solve: You really need to have something to bite? Try something absolutely lite. Eat fruit or maybe yogurt.
