5 Sure Ways to Stop Yourself Eating (Piggying) Too Much



Are YOU finding yourself eating (piggying) too much too often that sometimes you find it absolutely hard to resist?

Here are 5 sure ways to stop yourself from eating way too much:

1. Eat more protein and fiber
Protein takes more time to digest and therefore keeps you full longer. Fiber absorb water, and then expanding in your stomach.

2. Eat oatmeal every day
Choosing to eat a bowl of real oatmeal at breakfast or a snack is healthy for you and will suppress your appetite for a good amount of the day.

3. Try salad
All types of greens including cabbage, endives and spinach are excellent foods to suppress your appetite.

4. Eat an apple
Apples are high in fiber, anti-inflammatory in nature.

5. Keep yourself busy
This is the last resort. When you keep yourself busy, your mind becomes too focus on work, until your buddy or someone call you for lunch break or dinner.
